2. Client Responsibilities:
You agree to provide Our Agency with access to Your Business’s website(s) and relevant analytics and tracking tools. You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the performance of the services.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment for Our Agency’s services will be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement or proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Our Agency, including but not limited to SEO strategies, content, and optimization techniques, shall remain the property of Our Agency unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Confidentiality:
Our Agency agrees to keep all information provided by You confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. Similarly, You agree to keep all proprietary information provided by Our Agency confidential.
6. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees owed to Our Agency shall become immediately due and payable.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Our Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Governing Law:
